Dispatch
Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the same day. DHL orders are shipped the following business day.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email automatically.
Delivery aim
We always aim for next-day delivery, although occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
Fulfilment
All orders are packed with great care at our professional fulfilment centre. Each package is processed in a controlled environment and the packing process is recorded — allowing us to verify afterwards that all items were correctly included.
