Returns
At Billion Avenue, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, our return process is simple and transparent. Please read our return policy carefully before sending items back.
What Can Be Returned?
- Eligible Items: Most full-priced jewelry items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Hygiene Notice: For hygienic reasons, jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned.
What Cannot Be Returned?

SALE ITEMS: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- If you send back a sale item: No refund will be issued. You will also need to pay shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.
- Worn Jewelry: Any jewelry showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return.
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive either:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund or voucher (following our return policy), and then placing a new order for the item you want.
How to Initiate a Return
- Return portal: To return a product, please visit our return portal.
- Enter your postal code and your correct order number (include the # at the beginning).

Select the Correct Reason:
- Only choose “wrong products shipped” if you received something different from what you ordered.
- Pack Your Items: Ensure items are unworn and in original packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in our return instructions.
Important Notes
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. If you send back ineligible items (such as sale or worn jewelry), you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have them returned to you.
Received the wrong Item?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
