Returns Eligibility:

  • The return period is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.


  • Worn jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return. However, products purchased with a discount code are still returnable.

  3. Initiate the return process through our user-friendly return portal.
  4. Follow the step-by-step instructions, providing relevant details about the return reason and any additional information required.
  5. Upon successful submission & payment, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
  6. Please choose the "Wrong Products Shipped" option only when you did not receive the correct item in your order. In such cases, we will provide you with a complimentary return label, and upon receiving your package, we will promptly dispatch the correct item to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part. Don't hesitate to contact us in advance to explain your problem. 
  • In the case of a return due to an error on our part, we will provide a free return label for the return shipment.

Refund Process:
