Our gold plating is a thick layer of 14k solid gold on brass for the soft yellow gold look and rhodium for the silver look on brass for enhanced durability. Our gold and silver pieces are meant to harmonize due to the 14K golden plating, resulting in a subtle yellow shade.

1. Storage:

• Store each piece separately in our delivered zip bags or boxes to prevent scratches and minimize tarnishing.

2. Cleaning:

• Clean your jewelry regularly using a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils, dirt, and sweat.
• For a deeper clean, mix a mild dish soap with warm water. Gently scrub the jewelry using a soft brush, rinse with clean water, and pat dry.
• Avoid abrasive materials and harsh chemicals, as they can damage the plating.

3. Avoid Exposure:

• Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or engaging in household chores.
• Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays to prevent tarnishing.

4. Ensure your slot

• If the slot or clicking mechanism of the earring is not working properly, gently adjust the bar of the earring by pressing it higher or lower until it clicks securely into place. Ensure that the earring is comfortably positioned for a secure fit.
