We dispatch all orders with a tracking code, and Bpost or UPS collects shipments from our facility on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. • If the slot or clicking mechanism of the earring is not working properly, gently adjust the bar of the earring by pressing it higher or lower until it clicks securely into place. Ensure that the earring is comfortably positioned for a secure fit.
