Our shipping schedule for online orders is on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.

Please note that the delivery period is approximately one day after shipment confirmation for Belgium and for other countries a few working days. If you're expecting an international delivery, it may take up to more working days depending on the courier in the destination country.

The shipping fee is determined based on your location, and you can find the applicable rates on our check-out page. Good news for Belgium and The Netherlands, shipping is free for purchases above €65! Additionally, during the check-out process, you have the option to select service point delivery (to choose after payment).

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of worn jewelry.

If you are unsatisfied with your order or have made an incorrect decision, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you received your items. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a refund or a voucher for the price of the returned items, excluding shipping costs. Please note that sale items are non-returnable.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your jewelry, we suggest removing it before engaging in activities such as sleeping, washing your hands, exercising, or taking a bath. To prevent oxidization, it's recommended to store your jewelry in either your Billion Avenue jewelry box or pouch. Regular cleaning of your jewelry is also advised using a soft cloth, a neutral cleaning agent, and lukewarm water.

Our collection of brass-based jewelry is renowned for its durability and sturdiness, surpassing our prior collection made from sterling silver. All of our pieces are coated with a 0.1 palladium plating and on top plated with a golden or rhodium finish.
